Arriving at noon on Monday, departing on Friday after lunch. Groups bring a packed lunch on the first day, which is eaten at the Centre. All other meals for the rest of the week are provided by Low Mill. You can view an example menu for the week.

A midweek course gives the opportunity to experience a fuller range of activities. See our example programme. You can normally select from our large range of activities, depending on the weather conditions and water levels in Wensleydale and the surrounding area.
